Corporate History

As regards stock exchange listings, CA Immo International is a young company. It contains within itself the expertise and market awareness of its parent company CA Immo, so that it can look back on nine years of investment experience in eastern and southeastern Europe: In 1999 CA Immo was one of the first Austrian property investment companies to move into the eastern bloc with its investment in Hungary. Soon afterwards, it took the next step into southeast Europe. From this basis, the company has developed a property portfolio with assets in a total of nine countries in CEE, SEE and the CIS.

In order to support this rapid growth with a suitable organisational framework, CA Immo restructured itself as a corporate group in 2006. The properties in the CEE/SEE- and CIS-region (i.e. Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Serbia, Russia and Slovakia) were placed in the care of CA Immo International.
