CA Immo International has appointed its own, highly experienced employees to this task. The know-how for investment decisions, due diligence processes and purchasing negotiations is available in-house.
An Investment Committee is being set up for investment decisions. This will comprise members of the CA Immo International Management Board and those investors who have subscribed over EUR 50 million in shareholders’ equity. In addition, those shareholders who have subscribed at least EUR 7.5 million in shareholder’s equity will form a Shareholders’ Committee, which will be kept constantly informed about investment progress and market development.
Christian Schitton joined CA Immo International from BA-CA in 2006 and has many years of experience in the field of property financing. Facility management of the properties will be transferred to subsidiaries and experienced local service providers.
Mr. Nowotny was appointed Managing Director of the Fund in spring 2009. He has been Head of Capital Markets of CA Immo Group since April 2008. In this role he is responsible for all debt- and equity capital markets related activities of the Group. Mr. Nowotny is an experienced investment banker – before joining CA Immo he was a Director in the Equity Capital Markets team of UniCredit in Vienna, advising mainly real estate companies. Prior to that he worked in the Financial Institutions Team of Citigroup in London. Mr. Nowotny is a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business and holds an MBA from Insead/Fontainebleau
