CA Immo International is part of the CA Immo Group and subsidiary of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG focusing on investment activities in Eastern and South East Europe and the CIS states. CA Immo International is listed in the prime market of the Vienna Stock Exchange . The company primarily invests in commercial properties for offices, retail and logistics businesses and aims at a well-balanced division of these segments within the portfolio. During the re-structuring of the CA Immo Group in the summer of 2006, the properties located in that region (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Russia, Romania and Bulgaria) were transferred to the portfolio of CA Immo International. The target of the dynamic expansion strategy for the next years is to significantly widen the portfolio.
